THINGS THAT SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN IN MOTHERBOARD REPAIR

  1. MOTHERBOARD INVESTIGATION STARTED  WITHOUT STANDARD ANALYSIS PROCEDURE
  2. STARTING WITHOUT TAKE OFF BAT C MOS
  3. ADAPTER INSTALLED IN A LONG TIME IN SHORT MOTHERBOARD.
  4. INSTALLING /uninstaling IC's WHEN  ADAPTER plug in.
  5. FEET TO DIRECTLY MEASURE VOLTAGE CHIP / PU WITH PROBE blunt (FIND POINT MEASURE FEET ON PART D traversed PU OR CHIP)
  6. REMOVING SUPER IO (WINBOND, ITE, SMC, VIA, NUVOTON, ETC) BIOS WITHOUT REMOVING BIOS IC
  7. REFLOWING / SOLDERING ON ONE POINT WITHOUT TEMPRATURE Controle IN A LONG TIME.
  8. OPEN PAIRS IC REPEATED AGAIN THAT CAN DAMAGE THE IC (OVER HEATING)
  9. PLUG IN  ADAPTER WITHOUT CHECKING THE  electrical MATERIAL conductor  STICK IN MOTHERBOARD
  10.  TURN / DO test on the MOBO WITHOUT HEATSINK AND FAN
  11. Heats CHIP TEMPERATURE ABOVE 180 'WITHOUT ADEQUATE TOOL.
  12. REMOVING IC'S / CHIP'S WITH FORCED
  13.  DO NOT POWER ON THE MOTHERBOARD BEFORE 100% DRY AFTER CLEANING OR GIVING CONTACT CLEANER
  14.  PUT MOTHERBOARD PILED-HEAPS
  15.  DO ANALYSIS MORE THAN 6 hours FOR ONE ( AVOID STRESS / DAMAGE TRACK, ELECTRIC STATIC)

  2. thanks.......... great sir... i am praveen from india. now i am doing r&d about laptop & desktops. can you please explain me how to fault finding io controller ics & which are the main outputs of these ics like,WINBOND, ITE, SMC, VIA, NUVOTON, and is it same in desktop board also,,,
